خرمای زاهدی یکی از انواع خرمای خاص و مرغوب است که بیشتر در جنوب ایران، بهویژه استانهای هرمزگان، فارس و بوشهر تولید میشود. این خرما ویژگیها و کاربردهای خاصی دارد که در ادامه توضیح میدهم:
مشخصات خرمای قصب:

شکل و اندازه: خرمای قصب معمولاً درشت و کشیده است.

رنگ: از قهوهای روشن تا قهوهای تیره متغیر است.

مزه: شیرین و گاهی با تهمزهای ملایمتر نسبت به خرمای بسیار شیرین مانند مضافتی.

میزان رطوبت: معمولاً نیمهخشک تا خشک محسوب میشود، اما این بستگی به زمان برداشت دارد.

کاربردها:

مصرف به صورت خام بهعنوان میانوعده یا همراه با چای.
